A Little More Lacrosse. . .

Another weekend, another lacrosse tournament!

Gotta Tri. . .

This family is pretty addicted to triathlons. In July we headed north for a Triathlon Festival held in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire. The weekend was great, with races for everyone. We had weather ranging from pouring rain, to cool, breezy and beautiful, to sweltering heat and humidity under a baking sun. But, everyone had a great time! So, here we go. . .

First the swim, a quarter mile for two of the races, the Little Bugger Kid's Race was 50 yards,



Then the bike, the route ranged from 1.5 miles for the Little Buggers up to 21 miles for the international distance,



Finish it all up with a run, a mile for the Little Buggers, 3 for the sprint, and 6 for the international (you can see the variety of weather conditions here :-),



G competed in the Lord of the Flies, racing a bike time trial on Friday, the international distance on Saturday and the sprint on Sunday. He was also a spectacular cheerleader during the Little Buggers Race ;-) we figured he deserved his own collage for all his hard work. . .

Back in May I had the opportunity to shoot some of my daughter's friends participating in a local schooling show.
It was something very new for me, and I loved it!! I took a ton of images, and learned so much about shooting the horses in the ring.
Apparently Miss R loved it also, as she informed me she would love to go to another one, but instead of going as my assistant,
she would like to go with a horse to show. Oh boy!!!

An Adorable Bunch!

Did a real quick session the other day for a great family. These kids were wonderful, and I had so much fun with them.
I can't wait to shoot them again. . .

We have spent a lot of time on the lacrosse field this summer, so it stands to reason that my ability to shoot it must get better, right?
